This morning’s session was a calm and grounding start to the day. Annabelle guided us through the yoga and breathwork in a way that felt relaxed and with no pressure. I left feeling clearer, lighter and more present.
What stood out most was the atmosphere. It felt good to spend time with a group of men who were all there for the same reason; to slow down, switch off for a while and take care of themselves. I’ll definitely be back.
