Intuition Hour

A weekly return to your intuition

Mondays are traditionally ruled by the Moon — making them the perfect time to soften, slow down, and return to yourself.

This one-hour ritual is designed as a sacred pause at the beginning of your week — an opportunity to move into stillness, reconnect with your intuition, and tune into both the lunar energy and your own inner cycles.

You will be welcomed with a calming herbal medicine ritual tea — a carefully curated bedtime blend infused with herbs to both soothe the nervous system and gently enhance intuition, allowing you to fully soften into the space.

From here, you’ll be guided through meditation to open your awareness and deepen your connection to the spirit realm. In this receptive state, you’ll be invited to pull oracle cards, receiving guidance and insight for the week ahead.

Through intuitive journaling, you’ll have space to check in, reflect, and unfold the layers within — setting clear intentions and aligning with what is ready to emerge.

Each session closes with a grounding prayer, leaving you feeling centred, connected, and supported.

Yoga Nidra – sleepy yoga nidra

Yoga Nidra (Wednesday 8:00pm | 60 mins)

A deeply restorative journey into stillness.

Yoga Nidra, often known as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state between waking and sleeping — where the body fully relaxes, and the mind softens into subconscious healing.

In this 60-minute session, you’ll be gently guided to lie down and surrender. Wrapped in comfort with a blanket, supported by an eye pillow, and immersed in calming essential oils, this is your time to completely switch off from the outside world.

As the nervous system unwinds, Yoga Nidra allows for deep emotional release, energetic recalibration, and profound rest — leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply nourished from within.
