Stillness for Men – Yoga & Meditation

A dedicated space for men to pause, reset, and reconnect.

These sessions are designed to support both physical strength and mental clarity, combining mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness. Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your practice, this is a space to step away from the noise and focus on your wellbeing.

Sacred Sunday Reset (5:00–6:30pm)

A deeply nourishing close to your week.

Sacred Sunday Reset is a gentle, soul-soothing experience combining restorative yin yoga with immersive sound healing.

We begin by slowing the body through long-held, supported yin postures, allowing tension to melt away and the nervous system to settle. From here, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing sound bath, where healing frequencies wash over you, bringing balance to both body and mind.

This is your space to pause, soften, and reset — leaving you grounded, restored, and ready to step into the week ahead with clarity and calm.

Moon Flow (Hatha Yoga with Astrology)

A practice guided by the rhythm of the moon.

Moon Flow is Georgia’s intuitive take on Hatha Yoga, where movement becomes a reflection of the sky above and the energy within.

Each class is uniquely shaped by the current lunar phase — whether we are building energy with the waxing moon, releasing with the full moon, or softening into introspection during the waning phases.

Through mindful movement, breath, and intuitive flow, you’ll be invited to connect with your body on a deeper level, honouring exactly where you are each day.

This is more than just yoga — it’s a moving ritual, guided by astrology, intuition, and the cyclical nature of life.

Mondays are traditionally ruled by the Moon — making them the perfect time to soften, slow down, and return to yourself.

This one-hour ritual is designed as a sacred pause at the beginning of your week — an opportunity to move into stillness, reconnect with your intuition, and tune into both the lunar energy and your own inner cycles.

You will be welcomed with a calming herbal medicine ritual tea — a carefully curated bedtime blend infused with herbs to both soothe the nervous system and gently enhance intuition, allowing you to fully soften into the space.

From here, you’ll be guided through meditation to open your awareness and deepen your connection to the spirit realm. In this receptive state, you’ll be invited to pull oracle cards, receiving guidance and insight for the week ahead.

Through intuitive journaling, you’ll have space to check in, reflect, and unfold the layers within — setting clear intentions and aligning with what is ready to emerge.

Each session closes with a grounding prayer, leaving you feeling centred, connected, and supported.
