Yoga Nidra – Sleepy Yoga Nidra

A deeply restorative journey into stillness.

Yoga Nidra, often known as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state between waking and sleeping — where the body fully relaxes, and the mind softens into subconscious healing.

In this 60-minute session, you’ll be gently guided to lie down and surrender. Wrapped in comfort with a blanket, supported by an eye pillow, and immersed in calming essential oils, this is your time to completely switch off from the outside world.

As the nervous system unwinds, Yoga Nidra allows for deep emotional release, energetic recalibration, and profound rest — leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply nourished from within.

Vision Board Workshop (3 Hours)

Create your reality with intention and clarity.

This immersive 3-hour workshop is designed to connect you with your higher self and bring your visions to life.

We begin with a grounding meditation and sound bath, allowing you to drop out of the mind and into a deeper state of clarity and intuition. Supported by the gentle opening of the third eye and the creative energy of blue lotus tea, you’ll be guided to access your inner vision.

You’ll then take part in a cleansing smudging ceremony using sacred smoke to clear your energy and space, before moving into the creative process.

With a blank canvas in front of you, you’ll visualise your desires, intentions, and dreams for the year ahead — bringing them into physical form through your vision board.

A nourishing snack will be provided, and you’ll leave feeling inspired, aligned, and deeply connected to your path.
